This is a picture of Priscilla in her formal concert choir dress. The black papers are from DCWV The Bella Armorie Stack. The blue paper is from DCWV The Sweet Stack. The tickets are Tim Holtz. The flowers are Shabby Chic. The tag is made by Ann White and is from her Etsy shop. The bling is from Stampin' Up. I was browsing the gallery and found a layout with the two diagonals by Ambersita79 and used that as a jumping off point.
