Here is the magnificent, romantic and elegant October Scraps of Elegance kit, Dreams of You. These kits are packed with beauty and the most unique embellishments available.
The sketch was created by Charlotte Jenkins, also known in the scrapping world as suepup. Thanks a million , Charlotte, for continuing to inspire us.
I used the Dusty Attic Sweet Pea Border DA 0593 and just painted it with Donna Salazar Mixd Media Inx in Vintage.
