Give a Cheer
Use SEAWEED (reverse) to cover the bottom 11cm (4¼“) of the frame. Cut
along a wave line on the BUBBLES (reverse) paper approximately 25cm (10”)
from the top. Adhere this to the mirror and cut out the centre.
Use a second piece of BUBBLE (reverse) and cut out 5 or 6 wave sections to
match the piece on your frame. Attach these with foam tape then apply
dimensional glaze to the edges.
Paint the anchor part of the wooden flourish with Raw Umber paint and once
dry adhere to the frame with some star stickers tucked underneath.
Finish by inking and affixing the large sea grass and coral sticker, the sea grass
flourish, some cut out creatures and the rhinestone flourish.
