This is my first item I made for my SS for Martica's Swap. I covered the fan with Birdsong paper, cut out the lace, edged the fan with lace, fussy cut the ladies, flowers and lanterns. I made the flowers with Birdsong Paper, made the stick pin and finally added the charm at the bottom of the fan.
