This is a another simple layout of my grandmother's father and younger brother. It like a remembrance page for them. Since both died in a terrible car/train accident in Feb 1950.

Gosh how tragic, but a beautiful tribute to them both!

Justie, are you named for one of them? You totally can see the family resemblence in the face of the young man in the bottom pic (the one with the cool hair) and in your avatar pic. Nice tribute page! I too lost a paternal great grandfather in a train accident, he was deaf, crossing the track, and didn't hear the train coming...my maternal grandfather lost the tip if his middle finger when it got gaught btwn two cars he was hooking up. He always told us the Easter Bunny ate it!

Wow Justie we have the railroad in common. My grandmother's first husband worked for the railroad and was killed. She had three brother-in-law's and a nephew all work for the railroad. My grandmother was in a rail accident and so was her nephew. I have learned that rail travel was a lot more dangerous than we would have thought. This is a great tribute to your relatives.

How tragic....the simplicity of the page speaks volumes about their untimely end...a very appropriate remembrance layout.
