Made this card for World Card making day and Operation Write Home. http://operationwritehome .org/
I found the vintage image at thegraphicsfairy.blogspot.com. Embossed the background paper.The word NOEL was a die cut I bought MANY years ago. Tried to add color and shimmer to it by spritzing it with perfect pearls mixed with Tim Holtz refill ink. I then added glossy accents over the top to give it a little more strength.
