Stamped a sentiment from Verve's Wordy Birds set (and the smaller bird) with the swirly frame from Small Celebrations around it. Cut out and matted with a scalloped circle. The bird is nestled among some leaves from Sunny Days, cut out with their coordinating die.
Papers are MME. The fishtail end to the banner was free-handed, and some pretty pink flat-backed pearls from Pizzazz Aplenty finish it off.
