Love the border with the lace, which is gorgeous. I so remember that hair style where it took an hour to backcomb. My mom had one just like this! It is a gorgeous photo of your mom!!!

The pattern papers are Recollections. I used a MS punch for the black strip. The lace was given to me years ago by my grandmother. The vellum quote is best occasions. The felt flowers are Stampin' Up which I used buttons for centers and stickles around the edges. The pic is of my mother.
