This page is made with the October kit - Dreams of You - from Scraps of Elegance. This kit is so beautiful!! Lots of lovely papers from Websters pages, My Minds Eye, Prima and Glitz. Embellishment from Websters pages, Prima, Petaloo and much more. The colors of this kit is awesome!! For this page I have added the black Petaloo flowers. The Petaloo chipboard is painted with black enamel accents, then I sprinkled a bit of embossing powder on it before the paint had dried. I have cut the chipboard in three pieces. TFL!!
