I keep my nestabilities and shapeabilities in the original packaging but I have glued magnet sheets to the inside to hold the dies in place. I think the packaging is quite space saving and I just slit them up one side when I opened them. They are easy to flip through. See following pictures for the explanation/details on the miscellaneous other die storage.
