Night Launch

I thought this would be the perfect pairing to remember the night when we drove over to Cape Canaveral to watch a night launch of a Space Shuttle. We sat on the roof of my MIL’s van, in the first row, right on the water across from the launch pad. It was quite spectacular! During lift off, the shuttle passed right in front of a full moon. It was a once in a lifetime event.
