Awesome shot! When Mama and I lived in town, we often heard and sometimes would see choppers heading to or from the local hospital. I got where I could tell by how low they were flying if it was a "scoop and run" case, meaning stopping just long enough to grab the patient and go. That always meant the patient was critical. Great take.
This is a chopper coming in for a landing on the helipad at the hospital. The IHS hospital is small and a couple of patients a day get lifted to the Valley for treatment. The air is the only path fast enough to get the care some of the really sick patients need. Also I found out later that day that this was the first copter Toph called for one of the patients under his care.
