Traditional or whimsical? When you can’t decide, it’s great to have a stylish Sizzix die that lends itself to many applications. Here it captures the holidays with a classic embellishment complementing a wonderful winter-inspired layout.
Cut cardstock to size and fold to form card base. Emboss the card front using the Winter Berries embossing folder. Die-cut a Mini Snowflake Rosette out of cardstock and attach to the card front as a border. Trim away excess. Cut a strip of patterned paper and attach to the card front, trim away excess. Die-cut Tattered Poinsettia petals out of cardstock, embellish with ink and shape as desired. Attach to the card front along with silver leaves, tinsel garland, mini pinecones and a mini Christmas bulb. Stamp a sentiment onto cardstock, trim to size, mat on patterned paper and attach to the card front along with a piece of glittered Mini Snowflake Rosette (used as a border).
