This is my dd Sarah back in 2005 trying on some of my sister's dresses from way back. This was a really quick page. Lots of rub-ons, some doodling, some stitching, some stamping, and a couple of bits of cb. The pics were silhouetted by hand. The dress on the dressform is silhouetted from a pic. The dressform was stamped and then handcut and pop dots were added for dimension. The lettering is some old BG stickers. Thanks so much for looking!

Sarah always looks so pretty - in whatever she is wearing! I love that she was trying on your sisters gowns and that you made a page about it!!! (My sister was 6 years older, and when I grew up and moved away, I used to love to go back to my parents' home and try on her "vintage" clothing!) I especially love how you did your dress form!!! You are so creative, my friend!

I remember making my own dresses and the pattern mannufacturer was called Simplicity - I guess thats the link - it took me straight back! Great fun page.

Totally LOVE this Betty! I can so relate to the sewing theme! When I was in Jr Hi & High School I sewed the majority of my clothes & my fav maker of patterns was Simplicity! Super fun photos of Sarah & perfect design!
