Made with Let's Capture These Sketches #154
I used an animal print template with Glimmer Mist, outlined it, and then mixed more Glilmmer Mist with modeling paste and smeared it on a second template. I love the effect :) I'm not crazy about the placement of the tape under the photo, but it'll do. :)
