Use Kaisercolour Black to paint the frame and the backing piece. Once dry adhere both pieces together.
Apply rubons to the top right and bottom left sections of the frame.
Use a selection of papers to fill each frame and then affix your photos.
Complete by adding collectables attached with foam tape and a mini bloom and rhinestone flourish
