gasp - stunning work. Love every inch of this and the image is wonderful. I love the feeling that you have captured from the photo with the gold and the bling and beads. this is perfection
OMG, I love this! I don't know where you find these fabulous old photos, but they are so cool. Sometimes simpler is better because it lets what's there really show, and you have some beautiful embellies here. I love the colors, the black fabric, just everything. Total fav!
This turned out wonderful!! Everything you do does. Love your attitude! Your so real about yourself and put things out there that perhaps many of us feel. (like me lol) Love the textures and embellies. Wonderful work. :)
love all the texture and unique embellies; the photo is fabulous! I was an old movie buff when I was younger and have been thinking about doing a silver screen album when I finish the heritage one I have going...beautifully layered and distressed!
Wow, absolutely beautiful background. Love the pattern of the paper showing through the embossing powder in the center. Feather, mesh, flowers and other embellishments are so pretty and perfectly arranged and the photo is just fabulous. Wonderful work as always.
Awesome LO - the pic is beautifully framed and all your embells are perfectly placed. The butterfly looks fabulous. Very elegant, inspirational and innovative page. Great work, my friend.
This beautiful woman needs little in the way of embellishment - I'm so glad you did it this way - it's fabulous - so very eloquent - the colors are so strikingly beautiful and I love the way you used the black net, bottom left - it's a FAVE- you mean I'm not the only one with dust bunnies under my bed ??????
This started out with Bird Song pprs by Graphic 45. I had everything all cut up and on the ppr, and decided i didnt like it. Took it apart, and its kind of plain, but i just dont care.lol! This is Maude Fealy, an actress from the early 1900's. Georgia Heald did a LO that was my inspiration, before i looked again at what shede done and realized i had to start over. I originally wanted a collage type page. I did use her upside down clock idea, which i thought was different. I would have never thought of it. Her page was called "All We Have Is Now" from november 7th.I just used too much stuff and didnt like it, so this is more organized. Thanks for looking and i hope you like it. I love all the comments, they mean a lot to me. The bg is clear embossing powder, and some gold too. Then gold paint brushed on cuz it was too grungy. The chippie in the photo , its hard to tell whats on it. Layers of clear and gold embossing powder, then clear embossing powder which isnt melted completely. Theres a small wine bottle top on the left of the pic, it has an m. I was feeling crazy and put it on.lol. The necklace on top is an old one i never wore. Things like that bother me , so im glad i got some use out of it. It was actually in a pile of dust under my bed for years. Theh black bead caps at the left of pic and on the chippie are vintaj, one has a swarovski in it. The dragonflies on the lower left of the pic and on the green flower are from hob lob, their timeline things. Theyre prettier irl. The owl on the right side is vintaj. The flowers are prima and things i got at hob lob. I inked the outer edges but also put gold paint on , the ink didnt cover the distressed edges completely. The butterfly on the left side is from mariposa stack by dcwv.
