We woke up to a light drizzle the morning of Ben and Asrid's wedding that continued, threatening to force the ceremony indoors, right up until the ceremony, when it miraculously stopped, though the day continued to be overcast. I heard rain on your wedding day is supposed to be good luck. A year and a half later, it appears to be true!

Gorgeous, jackie! So glad the rain stopped in time! The day we got married it was raining and I was freaking out because i didn't have a "plan B"! It stopped in time, but there were mosquitoes by the zillion! Your inking and distressing is fabulous and so are your flowers!

This is so beautiful, Jackie - love those flowers - they look so realistic! When my oldest son was married in Sept., they had called for rain all week - but, we plugged along and went out that morning and decorated anyway and did a lot of praying for it to hold off. The day turned out to be a little grey, some sunny moments and the rain held off until about midnight - then it rained for a couple of days solid - that was definitely an answered prayer...
