Trip to Portobelo, Bayamo and the Rain Forest

We started with a Panamanian breakfast consisting of black beans, rice, plantains and vaca frita. The latter means, in English, fried cow which is enough to put anyone off but it is actually shredded beef in a rich sauce. Very good.
Below : a rural bus station.
