I spent a LOT of time on this, and I'm really proud of how it turned out. The assignment is to make an LP cover. I chose Erasure's Always and used the music video to draw the Asian-themed inspiration for this cover. The kenji (calligraphy symbol) means "eternal," so is relevant to both the song and design.
