My oldest daughter has hit a stage where getting her to smile for photos is totally hit or miss. I wanted to document her lack of enthusiasm for my photography with a layout. Ha!

I used the November 2012 kit called Home Sweet Home from The Sampler kit club to create this page. My design was inspired by a sketch from the fabulous Holly King.

Love the journaling. This page is such a great design. The cloud is so cute, the arrows at the bottom are a great touch and the picture makes me smile even if she didn't. Way to capture the not so good moments!

I hate to tell you, but from personal experience this stage may last a decade or more!! it's still a lovely photo.....I'm more surprised they are all willing to still hold hands ;) very cute LO!

I was hoping it would be easier to get kids to smile once they were older...so much for that!! LOVE these colors together, great design, and awesome photo (even if she isn't smiling!).
