This was for GMFTS's Gallery Inspired Challenge and for Puppet's Pet Challenge.

I was given this layout http://www.scrapbook.com/galleries/189351/view/1069193/-1.html as my inspiration.

The title letters are cut from vellum using a Sizzix font and inked with Midnight Blue Stazon. The matting of the title pieces are vellum also.

The flourishes were cut from grungepaper on an Accu Cut machine and painted.
