My guys taking a break on the hike through the fall forest. Completed for november monthly sketch challenge #2. when I printed the sketch, some of the background details were vague but the flowers stood out. The flowers were kind of doodled, and immediately made me think of twisting some bakers twine into a flower shape, which is what I did.
Also completed for November monochrome challenge "thanksgiving turkey". I am truly blessed to have a wonderful hubby and two great kids in my life!
UPDATE: it's not bakers twine, it's hemp twine. bakers twine is soft, hemp twine is harder and will hold the shape better when twisted into loops. And it's cheaper - I got a set of four colors at a local discount store for 2.50))
