First off, this is gorgeous!! Second, you're my kind of girl. LOL!! Whereas I don't wonder around the neighborhood I do walk around in my yard, front and back yards in my jammies!! Especially in the winter and especially if they're very warm jammies. I have my share of wild life and birds so it's always an experience.
What a fabulous lo Jen, and so different for you (at least that I have seen) and I think it is spectacular!!! I love the way you made the photo blend into all those textures....it's D - licious!
I love birds and birdhouses....love to photograph birds if they stay still long enough, which can be tricky! Great layout. Love the colors and the picture.
Heck girl, I saw a lady with 2 kids in her pj's today walking into a store at 3pm and it was a madhouse, so the whole city saw her. So I think you have nothing to be embarrassed about. Beautiful page! fave
Love it!!!! The colours flow from one part to the next and draw the eye around the page, while keeping the birdhouse in the photo your focal point. The punched photo edges are great too. Actually there's nothing there that isn't great!
This is outstanding! Love the way the picture blends in so well with the background. The punched edges of the photo, the splashes of color, very creative page!!!
FABULOUS lo and what a superb job you have done!!! Love the photo, masking, stamping and the punch work; the feathers are a brilliant touch!!! TOO AWESOME!!!
Gorgeous! I love how you used a punch on the photo. I might have to lift that idea sometime!! Loving your artsy layouts lately, you are an inspiration!!
This was created using elements from the Scraps of Elegance Oct kit. It's a wonderfully gorgeous collection of coordinated goodies. Makes scrapping easy because it comes in one box and cuts out the shopping confusion of buying random stuff. While random stuff sure is fun, it doesn't make for a cohesive finished look.
This is a photo I took in October in my neighbors yard. It was about 7am on Saturday morning and the sun was rising, the sky was blue and I had a coffee in one hand and my camera in the other. I also happened to be in my jammies and stalking the neighborhood for some autumn shots. Hopin and praying no one would see me. Ya know, not being all too obvious and such. blah blhah blah you have all heard this before. Jen, the neighborhood photo oddball.
Created for the Prima's Nov PPP and for Once Upon a Sketch. - the "two birds with one stone" thing where I am using one piece to satisfy two challenges. Very appropriate I'd say, given my photo choice as well as my stamping. The theme for the Once Upon a Sketch challenge is "Anything goes". The anything goes theme is also very fitting since I get up and shoot photos in my neighborhood in the wee hours in pajamas. Heck - anything goes.
Thanks to all you who look and make comments. I value your time. My blog http://scrap-escape.blogspot.com/
