September 5, 2009 - Journaling: I entered the Photo of the Month Challenge for the first time in September. Our topic was 'Abandon,' so I chose this abandoned cabin off Big Portage Lake Road.

This is for:
1. November Monthly Sketch Challenge - Week 2. No twist.

2. November Monochrome Challenge - Color 4: Football Field. No twist.

3. November VLB Challenge to do some embossing.

4. November Stampin on Your LO.

I did this LO in 3 1/2 hours on Thanksgiving morning while watching the parades - for me that is like the blink of an eye. I tucked some punched sections under the torn layer in two places, and I machine stitched around the torn pp. I stamped and heat embossed the square pattern. The steampunk embellies were too shiny for this LO so I sanded and inked them a bit.
