The little kitty with the balloon was actually a gift tag I cut down and used for this card. Embossed the title on glittery paper. That took two tries because the first one smeared on the glittery paper! The red border is K & Company and the blue one was a punch out. I did a little distressing with Tim Holtz ink pads for the background.
