That photo just melts my heart to begin with! How darling they were, and I'm certain still are! Your embellies are so gorgeous! Love the rolled and ribbon-ed scrolls especially, and the frame is just so beautiful!

Beautiful work and such an inspirational page you've created Maryanne . Every aspect of this is stunning and the photo perfectly gorgeous. The embellishments are amazing.
This reminds me of an old-fashioned Country Christmas! Sweet grandson's photo, love the overalls! Your ornaments are lovely. Your left lower corner embellies remind me so much of the little additions my grandma used to put on her packages...
Awesome layout....you always strike the perfect balance with the embellies!!! The baubles are lovely and the addition of the Santa in the window is so cute! The rolled scrolls in the lower left along with the florals is more perfection, and the wisps of cheesecloth add the most delightful touch!!! Love it!!
Oh I LOVE this one! I used to make scrolls like that for a while, you made me keen on bringing them on again. That layout really give you that true Christmas feeling.

oh wowza this is just divine, very traditional look festive page, such a cute cute foto and luve the kaiser papers and collectables you used, santa looking through the windw add the final perfect touch....fave and more....xo
I wanted to try a traditional Christmas layout instead of that hot summery Christmas that we always have here in Australia. I love these pp's from Kaisercraft and this pic of my little gs's taken a few years ago, worked well with the colours. After days of trying to work out what to do I spent last night putting it together. I originally wanted to keep it simple, but I got carried away as usual. So this morning I removed some of the embellies as I felt it was just too overdone.
Santa looking through the window was inspired by a very talented Kaisercraft card maker by the name of Miss Betsy and the baubles are inspired by the talented CathyMc 's Christmas layout....thanks for the inspiration girls :)
I used all Kaisercraft pp's and an old Prima flower. The berry vine is a wood Kaisercraft flourish that I painted and then added dimesional magic and sprinkled with glitter while still wet. Wood window is also Kaisercraft, inked and stickled. Title letters are Basic Grey Wassail. I used my copics to colour them. The frame around the photo is an old diecut pp from LYB (I think) I cut it done and covered the joins with the embellies
Thankyou you all so much for stopping by and having a peek. Happy weekend to all :)
