This is for the MSC - Sketch 1. I did the twist, which was to do a LO with snow. I also did a little bit of distressing on a few of the strips that you can barely see.
This was December 26, 2010 - DD and I drove a local sledding hill that had a playground attached to it. It was so much fun to play on the playground equipment in the snow!
I cut the background "lace" with my Cameo -- I absolutely adored it, and had the intention of using it on a Page Maps Etc LO, but it just didn't work well with that sketch. So I did this one. I wanted to do a snow LO, but none of my wintery papers really worked well, so I went with mostly scraps of this Echo Park line that is more geared to summery pages. I wasn't sure how I'd like it, but it's grown on me! I used buttons for the scattered circles, doodled some dots on the photo mat and around the small title letters and added some stickles for good measure. I figure you either love it or hate it, lol!
