I made this page for leokc34's December No Pic Challenge. It's about my visit to Berlin last month. Berlin is an amazing city in so many ways. History is everywhere and it was a very emotional experience. When visiting the Neue Wache, the Central Memorial of the Federal Republic of Germany for the Victims of War and Tyranny, I was so moved I forgot to take any photos. The text in the center is the text from the memorial, and I've also written about my visit and feelings there.
Thanks for looking!

Absolutely stunning! The text from the memorial combined with your own thoughts and the sparse embellies is truly moving. So nicely done!
