Happy New Year Everyone!!! I haven't had much chance to do scrapping over the holidays...this lo I started just before Thanksgiving!! It is based on the sketch which Suepup (Charlotte) provided for our sketch challenge, but I didn't make the deadline.

This photo is of me right after I was born with my Mom and Dad. She was 17 and he was 19. He had just come home on leave from the Navy. Mom was living with her Mom in Ft. Worth, Texas and he was in CA and overseas in Korea. I only weighed 5 lbs, and they tell me that my Dad was afraid to hold me because I was so little. When you look at the size of his hands you can see why lol!! He said that I was only the size of a milk carton.

The beautiful white and pale pink flowers along with the beautiful butterfly came from Renaebouquets Etsy Shop. The other flowers are from some older Anna Griffin stickers. The is from the Scraps of Elegance November Kit.

I did paint the flourish chippie and then stamped it with a white ink to make it look like it was lace to match the bordered pp lace, hadn't tried that yet. And since pink is my "signature color", I had a ball doing this one, with lots of glitter, liquid pearls, etc. I just never know when to stop!!!

Thank you so much for looking and for your wonderfully kind comments. Everyone of them means to the world to me. You all are such wonderful people to know. Biggest Hugs!!!
