A photo of Penticton. I can`t give credit as I have no idea who took it but it is my favourite pic of my city. Journaling says: Penticton, BC is situated in the Okanagan Valley with OK Lake to the north and Skaha Lake to the south. The Apex ski resort is in the mountains to the west and world renowned climbing in the mountains to the east. Popuation is approx. 33,000. Orchards, wineries and tourism help tp provide a strong economy. Penticton gets over 2100 hours of sunshine and less than 15 inches of rain annually. I moved here in Dec of 1998 and even after all these years the beauty still takes my breath away. TFL
