OMG, YUM!!! I really wanted to do this with my tomatoes, but it was so bloody hot this summer that they didn't produce. Next summer, I'll just get them from the farmers market. This is a really awesome page; love that you included the recipe on it.

That is a lot of tomatoes! I notice it says 5 gallons of tomatoes. I don't think I've even seen that many tomatoes at once! What fun to make your own salsa and I love the layout and the photos. Awesome.
