While son Matt and his girlfriend were on the top of the Empire State Building....looking all around at the view, he felt a tiny tapping on his shoulder. He turned, thinking it was another tourist asking him to take their picture....when he spotted a pigeon on his shoulder 3" from his eye!!! He tried to shoo him away but, the bird was not fazed a bit!! Obviously the birds were use to that reaction and it took a bit more to get them off him!
