Taz is one of our furbabies who went over the rainbow bridge a long time ago. This page was created for the Gallery Inspiration challenge, and I needed photos with a story. Taz seems to fit that requirement. Here's his story:

When we adopted Taz from the shelter, both Alan and the shelter lady thought I was nuts. He was on the bottom row, in the last cage, hidden in a corner. I believe he was living his last day, although nobody said so. He was just skin and bones, and his yellow fur had huge mats of what looked like tar. When I walked by, he spoke to me, so I stopped. The look on his face was so forlorn that I was sold instantly. Of course, we took him home, only to find he had been an outside cat, stray or otherwise, and didn't have a clue about the niceties of indoor living. It was truly a nightmare for a while, but he finally settled in and decided to become part of the family. He was always my friend, and I still miss him.

This is a lift of the wonderful Just Like Me, by Queen of Paper. You will find it here: http://www.scrapbook.com/galleries/42834/view/3625307/-1.html

I'll will also put this in the VLB, AGC challenges, and the Goal Getters Group.
