This is pg. 2 of a 2-page lo (kind of). I say kind of because I used brighter colors on my dh's side. This photo was taken on a ski trip back in the 90's to Park City, Utah. We were skiing at Park West (now called The Canyons) and, on this day, they had a photographer out on the slopes. Gotta make money off the tourists, you know! LOL
I got the inspiration for this lo from Dolores (joy2scrapbook) on ideasforscrapbookers.com. I get so many ideas from Dolores because I just love her clean style and use of shapes. Cut the snowflake, flourish, and tree with my Cricut and used a punch for the snow. The trail names on the signs are actual names of runs at The Canyons. I gave my dh black diamond runs and myself blue, intermediate runs, but I also ski those black diamonds with him. Why is it they always look much easier from the chair?? I don't think we'll be ready for the Olympics any time soon! Used the song lyrics, "Anything you can do, I can do better". I think that song comes from Annie Get Your Gun??

love both sides! and great idea to make this side more 'girly' with the softer colours. love the photo...looks like you have a great skiing style. I have only ever been skiing once many many years ago....we don't get snow here. love the use of the words from the song!

WOW, you know what I totally LOVE this, its awesome! to see the 2 pages together, and the colour scheme, I really love this, I am so gonna lift that design......I love the slopes made from the paper, and the photos are cool! if that was me, id be on my back rolling into a snow ball....I cant ski at all!!!!! FAV!!!!!

love the way this echoes the other page, but the softer colours and lacy snow make it feminine! The song lyrics are perfect, and the ski bunny is adorable! When we lived in BC I loved to ski, but the altitudes started messing with my equilibrium and I had to quit :(

lOVIN' that your side of this 2 pager is pink and very girly. Again, this design works perfectly for a snowy ski slope and skier. LOVE your pink tree and ADORABLE ski bunny. Everything is cute, cute, cute!!!
