Some pictures of our liberation parade in may 2010. There was a big parade in our city with mostly Canadian veterans from WWII. This was the last time they flew the veterans to Holland, because they are getting too old for such a long flight and impressive parade, lots of them cried by seeing so many people yelling; thank you thank you, even children did. My son was almost 4 years at that time and he loved it, he still knows what the Canadian flag is look like and when he sees some bagpipe players on tv or so he says; that was also with the parade.
