Every time a new year rolls around and it's time to get a new calander I feel almost guitly recycling my old one. I decided to start cutting out the art work and saving it to scrap. This picture was from a 12x12 calander page so I cropped it down to a scrapable size. Fall is one of my favorite times of the year so this picture was a favorite. I had started this LO awhile ago and finally got around to finishing it this week. Thank you to Mrs. Bean for the cute bird in the tree and for the use of your around the page punch which I later stiched around. The embossing was done using an ink technique I read about in a scrapping magazine. Thank you to all who look :)

The punchwork and elements are very nice. My Mom says the same things about calendar photos.

I love the calendar artwork. Good way to recycle. I also like the technique you used on the tree, the stitching, the bales of hay, and the title you chose. Cute layout.
