Your guess is as good as mine.

I've been meaning to get this little guys photo for weeks. Not sure what he is, beside a stuffed toy that is. Inside one of the housing additions is a pole sticking up about 4 feet. Someone put this little on it. Some thought he needed glasses, someone gave him a flag. I THINK he is a prairie dog, but......I like him. Love the sense of humor behind it.
