This is an embarrassing lo! My challenge for today was to scrap one of my goals - and for me, weight is usually involved with all my goals and new year's resolutions! I managed to find the fat photo that I hate the most (the one with the red cross through it) and then a couple of pics where I look a lot better! The piggy paper strip down the centre is covered with all those awful words which describe the bulges, but I came to the conclusion that achieving some weight loss would actually make me a little happier in my skin - I only have to compare the expressions on my slimmer face than the one of the heifer in the corner to realise this! Dh hates the blonde haired me, but it wasnt so much about the hair as the rolls of blubber!!! I hope Lain is not planning too many other embarrassing challenge los!

Think most women if truthful have at one time or another struggled but its nice to see you've included a *bigger* pic too the lo is brill x

The first step is to own it and this LO proves that you are! Great way to encourage yourself to do better, but to also love the YOU that you are.. and it isn't all about weight!

I'm sure you hit the nail on the head for many women with this LO. I'm proud of you for being so open about yourself and the honesty of your weight. This LO is brilliant, wonderful job!!!

Love your goal and like everyone says being honest by making this layout and even sharing it, that is hard to do I know. I think we all could learn from you and maybe you should challenge the rest of us to do the same.
