Inspired by a birthday party my granddaughter attended. The perfect paper was Graphic 45's Le Cirque. The tiny banners were created by cutting a thin strip of paper, inserting it all the way into the Fiskars Special Edition Jenni Bowlin Banner squeeze punch...just punch away.
