Mistake or bonus?

The LOAD challenge today asked us to recall a mistake and describe whether it ended well or not! I did a huge reflection of my work for the last 5 years, ending with my new job at the hospice, which I started in just 6 weeks ago. I work in the beautiful old Victorian building on the edge of a huge lake - you can see from the aerial shot (actually taken from the top of the nearby church)!. Whats not to like about an environment like that? When I worked at the hospital we had helicopters landing regularly, and it was noise and a full-on atmosphere 24/7. I am rather enjoying the peace now!
