This is the first page in the district scrapbook. This is our 2013 president Patricia Latshaw. She is a seven year member of the American Legion Auxiliary and is eligible for membership through her father who served in Korea, Germany, and Africa. Patricia has served as unit secretary and historian for six years respectively.
I used a broken earring, a metal bee my daughter found, American Legion poppies made by veterans. I drew, cut, and assembled the bumble bee. This year's theme in the ALA is "Be all you can BEE for our veterans" so I wanted to include some bees.
