On March 12, 1909, my dad was born. My father loved learning all of his life and love flowers. So to honor him today on what would have been his 104th birthday I decided to learn to make a Flower Pot Card. It took me all day. I am exhausted and somewhat pleased with the results. I utilized several dies to make the card. They were as follows: Spellbinders Borderabilities Petite 5 1/2 Deckled Scalloped Border Set to trim/emboss the edge of the flower pot, Leaves were from MFT's Die-namics set Upsy-Daisies, Flower Centers were from MFT's Die-namics set Upsy-Daisies, Flowers were die cut from MFT's Die-namics Upsy-Daisies and from their Plentiful Petals sets. The sentiment that I stamped along the edge on the inside of card is from MFT's stamp set Clearly Sentimental About Art. I truly appreciate your taking time from your busy schedules to visit my gallery and to leave me such very kind comments. Have a Day Filled with Splashes of Color.......Be Blessed!

The flowers and leaves were all die cut from pieces of paper from my scrapbox.
