Departing New York - LEFT SIDE

We left for our cruise through New England from New York. . .it was a perfect fall day! I used ribbon, jewels and rub ons. . . I added a rub on to the chipboard tag, loved the laser cut of the Statue of Liberty so I didn't touch that (not very often I can say that!), the title is made of chipboard letters (two layers) that I glued together and then to two sheets of card stock, then I glued tissue paper in crinkled layers over the whole top with clear gel medium. When it was dry I sprayed it with Glimmer mist and let it run and pool between the layers, then I rubbed the top of the letters with a little gold Perfect Pearls.
