This was for Feb MSC Bonus sketch 2 which I did not get completed in time.
Our station was one of the 1st Qtr 2012 winners of the Customer Cup. I added the button that each employee received at the presentation.
The Customer Cup is a quarterly recognition event designed to acknowledge stations and their employees who are raising the standard in Customer Experience. Each quarter, 5 stations that achieve the largest number of customer experience metrics with significant improvements will be awarded the Customer
Cup, a physical trophy with the stationís name engraved on it.
The Customer Cup celebration includes executive visits and a personal presentation. The trophy transits the system Stanley Cup-style each quarter.
