Photos taken through the car windows in September 2009 of the Chicago skyline as seen driving in on the Kennedy, the Sears Tower (it had been renamed Willis Tower 2 months prior to these photos, but no one acknowledges that name), and the Museum of Science and Industry. We were heading to the Harry Potter exhibit at the museum.

This is for the April Monthly Sketch Challenge Week 2 with the twist to make or alter an embellie. I cut the car embellie and the title tag with my Cricut using the Going Places and Graphically Speaking carts respectively. I got the Chicago logos off the internet and recolored the center one before printing them both out and matting them. I cut the MoS&I logo from the museum map, matted it, and put it on pp. I cut the 3 circles/flowers from another sheet of pp. The top photos of the skyline were one photo that I cut in half to make the squares for the sketch design.

Also, for the VLB Challenge - Transportation.
