This is from a conference I attended back in the fall of 1980. A weekend that the Young Adults from several churches went to Washington DC. We stayed at the Marriott Hotel, attended a dinner & dance at the Capital Hilton, and took classes at the conference center. The top left photo is me and my best friend in the background. I happened to turn and there was someone taking our picture! The large group photo on top is several of my friends. The photo next to it is my BF Dawn. We have know each other since we were 14 and are still friends today. The bottom left is Cathy trying to eat 2 slices of pizza that the sametime. The large photo in the middle is Cathy, Myself, Dawn and Jackie. The photo at the bottom right is me. I had just curled my hair and not had a chance to comb it out when Dawn decided to take a picture. So I put my hand on my hip and I posed! It was a fun trip!
I put this together pretty quickly. Just did a little fussy cutting and punch work. The hardest part was trying to decided how I would add journaling. When I realized how much I wanted to write, I decided to add it to the back!
