What a neat way to mount this wonderful photo! Like the way you've placed the colored frame around it (but not right around it) too. And the doodled lines add a lot. As for the washi techniques, the little cut out heart is nice little touch.

Picture was mounted from behind after rectangle was cut out. Washi tape was used as pennants, decorative lines, and cut into a shape (a little heart is at the end of the pink line running onto the picture).
