Graffiti artist JR was in New York City for a month with an ice cream truck converted into a giant poster printer. After waiting in line for over an hour we sat for 6 seconds to have our individual portraits taken. Hu hasband has this overly eager look, my 3 year old daughter was looking up at the ceiling and I made the world's dumbest face in an attempt to be cute.
We chose to have our posters pasted onto 47th street (where they stayed for one day till the next day's batch of posters).
I used cobalt blue Liquitex acrylic spray paint and Krylon spray on gesso on this project.
