I love the Fran-Tage Embossing Enamel (red heart). They also have all kinds of things you can sprinkle into it while heating. Such a cool look!
I applied the cut up paper to one side of red line tape, then I poured Ranger Antiquities embossing powder (in Cement) on top and pressed it into the adhesive. Tapped off the excess and heated it. Then I applied it to the tag and used Glossy Accents on each "tile".
The red heart is done with Fran-tage embossing enamel and the black heart is dry glitter pressed into red line tape.
